Qurated is a rapidly scaling executive search and challenger consultancy working with high-profile clients across FS and Legal services. We partner with the businesses shaping the future of their industries, helping them hire exceptional leaders and build their high-impact teams.

We’re growing our operations team and looking for someone to take ownership of the operational and administrative tasks that keep everything moving internally, as well as providing support to the leadership team and co-founders. From managing compliance, coordinating onboarding, and managing systems to supporting our team and keeping the office running smoothly, you’ll be the person making sure the details are handled, the wheels stay turning, and the team can stay focused on growth.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to every part of a fast-paced, high-growth business and is ready to take ownership, make things happen, and learn by doing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the smooth running of the business day-to-day, working across compliance, operations, and systems.
  • Manage platforms and data, from invoices and reporting to CRM updates.
  • Support the leadership team and co-founders with scheduling, travel, and key projects.
  • Help the team stay organised, tracking activity, updating tools, and formatting documents.
  • Handle onboarding, records, and other People Ops admin.
  • Improve how we work, refining processes and spotting smarter ways to run things.
  • Pitch in on marketing, events, and wider business initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • This is not a graduate/entry-level role - we’re looking for someone with some hands-on experience in a professional services environment, whether that’s in an administrative, operations, or a team assistant role.
  • Someone highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to take ownership
  • A team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be told what’s broken or what steps to take next
  • Curious, ambitious, and interested in long-term progression in business ops or office management
